FERMOALE AY3
Brewer’s yeast of English origin. It has an excellent fermentation capacity and a high fermentation speed. It provides a remarkably balanced beer flavor with a slightly estrous character. Fermoale AY3 has a very high flocculation and sedimentation capacity at the end of fermentation.
Malty characters dominate on taste with rich biscuit and soft caramel notes and a little citrus for balance.
