FERMOLAGER W
Fermolager W was selected by a German university for the production of bottom-fermented beers. Fermolager W offers a good balance of malt and hop aromas and leaves room for the characteristics that every brewer is looking for. This yeast is characterized by the rapid reduction of diacetyl and gives the finished beer a pure taste.
Delivers a clean fermentation flavour profile with very low ester and phenolic notes for a balanced crisp and fresh taste.

Remarks
If possible, store in vacuum-sealed packaging, dry and odor-free at 4°C / 40°F.
Avoid contact with air. Do not freeze.
Once the packaging has been opened, the yeast should be used immediately.
