BEST Cherry Ember Smoked und BEST Beechwood Smoked (Malt)
Once more, BESTMALZ has widened our product range. Exceptional new smoked malts are produced in small, exclusive batches in a gentle process on our new malt ovens. Our BEST Beechwood Smoked (Malt) is smoked over selected beechwood and gives the beer its typical taste reminiscent of campfires and smoked ham. Our BEST Cherry Ember Smoked is using the finest cherry wood and creates notes that reflect the taste of fresh cherries. Both malts are ideal for beer and whisky production and characterized by particularly high phenol values (38 – 45 ppm). With our newly developed smoking process, we are also able to manufacture according to individual customer specifications.
