BESTMALZ at the BrauBeviale from November 28th – 30th, 2023 in Nürnberg
At BrauBeviale 2023, family Palatia Malz GmbH will be presenting ist full range of base, specialty and craft malts distributed under the brand name BESTMALZ. Since 1899, this traditional German family maltster has been selling a comprehensive portfolio of base and specialty malts to breweries and home brewers in around 70 countries. Baking ingredient suppliers and distillers are also among its customers. Recently, top sellers from BESTMALZ have been the extra pale BEST Heidelberg, the enzyme-strong and extract-rich BEST Pilsen Malt and the craft malt BEST RED X® that has become synonymous with beers with a reddish color. In a recent research effort, BESTMALZ’ maltsters and brewmasters explored the possibilities for roasting malt “just to the point” with regards to a certain target color. At the same time, a uniquely smooth taste was created with an innovative roasting technology. BESTMALZ’ roasted products have been proven to contain considerably lower pyracine levels than comparable products available in the market.
